Your Reservation

• A credit card is required to guarantee all appointments.
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
• Groups of 3–6 guests require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Groups of 6 or more require one week’s notice.

Service Charge

• A 23% service charge is automatically added to all services.
• Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Age Requirement

• Spa guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy services and amenities.
• Special Health Considerations
• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs when scheduling.
• If you are pregnant, massage services are not performed during the first trimester. Please make us aware of your due date as that would affect your choice of services.

Arrival

• We encourage you to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and enjoy our amenities.
• Late arrivals will receive the remaining available time and will be charged the full service fee.

Attire

• Robes, slippers, towels, and personal lockers are provided for all spa guests.
• Please bring swimwear to enjoy the spa amenities.
• The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, including jewelry and valuables.

Spa Atmosphere & Etiquette

• Folklore Spa is a social spa designed for relaxation, connection, and shared experiences.
• To help maintain a welcoming environment, we ask that guests refrain from cell phone use in the locker rooms and relaxation lounge.
• FaceTime and speakerphone use are not permitted anywhere in the spa, out of respect for others enjoying their time.
